Removal of Foreign Objects from Root Canals

One of the most difficult clinical tasks a practitioner may have to undertake is the removal of fractured instruments or other foreign bodies which have become tightly wedged within the root canal. The procedure for removal will vary depending on the nature of the foreign body. In this site, the authors provide a step-by-step guide to the necessary techniques.
