Map to the School of Dentistry

The School of Dentistry is situated off-campus in Birmingham City Centre. It shares a site with the Birmingham Dental Hospital and the Children’s Hospital. Most signage around the city directs you toward either the Dental Hospital or the Children’s Hospital; if you can find either of these then you are in the right place.

By Rail:
There are signs to the Dental Hospital and Children’s hospital from New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill Stations for those wishing to walk. A taxi journey from any of the stations will take no longer than 5 - 10 minutes depending upon traffic.

By Car:

From the north (M6)

  • Get off motorway at Junction 6 of the M6
  • Get in right hand of 2 lanes and turn right when you come off the slip road – following signs for A38M City Centre, Bromsgrove (NOT left or straight towards A38 Lichfield)
  • Stay on this road A38 following signs for City Centre, make sure you don’t filter to left.

  • After the End of Motorway sign on A38, take a left just before the flyover, signed Aston.
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
  • Take the first left into the Children’s Hospital/Dental Hospital. Buzz at the right barrier to be let through. Either follow the road around the hospital and into the front car park, or turn right through the first barrier you see if you are advised that you are parking at the rear of the building.
